Called Will on Christmas eve to fix our blocked sink, with a large family breakfast planned for Christmas day, having a completely blocked sink was preventing us from cooking and preparing for Christmas Day. Will was punctual and quick to fix the problem, which was a relief as we had another plumber out earlier in the day and he was unable to unblock the sink!

Yay!! Hot water again thanks to Will from Horatio's Plumbing, who came out and fixed the water system for me after 72 hours of no hot water and no word from my landlord. The last thing I wanted to do tomorrow morning was boil the kettle 15 times to fill my bath tub up to have a 20cm lukewarm bath at 6am. Thank you again! Highly recommended!

Great and friendly service, showed up promptly during an emergency and fixed the problem straight away when I was in a jam. Later came back to refit my whole bathroom shower and did a fantastic job in record time. Will definitely use again next time I need plumbing done. Five stars.
