Yay!! Hot water again thanks to Will from Horatio's Plumbing, who came out and fixed the water system for me after 72 hours of no hot water and no word from my landlord. Called Will on Christmas eve to fix our blocked sink, with a large family breakfast planned for Christmas day, having a completely blocked sink was preventing us from cooking and preparing for Christmas Day.
