Horatio Plumbing Services is a locally run business operating out of South-Lake servicing predominately South of the River, we carry a large range of spare parts and tap ware on board tailored to the domestic and commercial maintenance market. Carrying a large range of spares mean we are able to keep our prices down, by fixing problems straight away, rather then traveling for spares or replacement parts.

By concentrating on Southern Suburbs we are also able to offer quick responses to emergency problems and have local knowledge of plumbing installations in the area. Also by concentrating on a smaller section of the Perth Metro area we are able to provide better customer service by keeping our jobs local, not rushing from job to job and providing a quality finish.

Fully licensed & insured

Horatio Plumbing Services is fully licensed with the Plumbing Licensing Board PL8291 and Energy Safety as a Licensed Gas-fitter GF014720. In addition we are registered with the ATO ABN:68 580 839 137, Master Plumbers Association of Western Australia and fully insured for 20m public liability.

12 months warranty

As a licensed Plumber & Gas-fitter with the Plumbing Licensing Board of Western Australia we are required by law to honor a 12 month warranty of all workmanship carried out by Horatio Plumbing Services, however most tap ware, fixtures and appliances come with a 7 to 10 year warranty on materials and workmanship. What this means is that an appliance or fixture installed by Horatio Plumbing Services is covered by faulty workmanship (incorrect installation, faulty installation etc) for 12 months. A problem with the fixture itself, such as leaky tap cartridge, faulty washers, cracks or discolourations of ceramic, faulty internal hot water system, items cracking or peeling is covered by the manufacturer and is required to be fixed by their approved service agent. If you ever have any problems with fittings, fixtures or appliances installed by Horatio Plumbing Services, we have no problems taking the compliant and contacting the manufacture on your behalf to fix the problem.
