Called Will on Christmas eve to fix our blocked sink, with a large family breakfast planned for Christmas day, having a completely blocked sink was preventing us from cooking and preparing for Christmas Day. Will was punctual and quick to fix the problem, which was a relief as we had another plumber out earlier in the day and he was unable to unblock the sink!
